Provide hands-on personal care, companionship, meal support, and daily living assistance to seniors in their homes. PSW certification required. Experience with dementia care is an asset.
Locations across Ontario | Full-time & Part-time
Deliver clinical nursing care at home — medication administration, wound care, health assessments, and chronic condition monitoring. Current CNO registration required.
Locations across Ontario | Full-time & Part-time
Provide advanced nursing care, clinical assessments, care coordination, and oversight for complex care clients. Current CNO registration and community nursing experience preferred.
Locations across Ontario | Part-time & Casual
Provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and social support to seniors living at home. No PSW certification required — experience with seniors and a caring personality are essential.
